Price List In THB

 Terms and Conditions               

1. Reservation payment THB. 50,000 (fifty thousands).
2. Sign contract THB. 200,000 (two hundred thousands ) , within 7 day from the date of reservation.
3. In case, the land sold as provided has the area exceeding or less than the area as indicated, the sale price shall be adjusted higher or lesser based  on the rate of THB   32,000  per square wah.
4. The transfer fee shall  be shared 50%-50% by  both  parties.
5. The income tax  and specific business tax shall be borne by the Seller.
6. All Bank charges and loan fees are payable by the Buyer.
7. The Seller shall install electricity line, water pipe line, telephone line and  other facilities to the Unit sold.  Provided that the Buyer shall be responsible for the expenses in relation  to applications reguesting ( such as : The electric meter,  Water meter, Telephone number deposit etc.).
8. Property Management Fund shall be made in the amount of THB. 35,000 per Unit.
9. Common Expenses shall  be at the rate of THB. 40 per square wah per/month and shall be collected for 2 year in advance.
10. Club house is the Seller private property, which is provided to the member in Silk Road Place for jointly use and this private property will be operated by the developer.
